Please allow 3-5 days of processing time.
USPS First Class domestic (USA) delivery time takes 3-4 business days.
USPS Priority Mail domestic (USA) delivery time takes 1-2 business days.
Please Note:
Shipping includes up to $100 insurance coverage.
Delays in shipping may occur due to holidays.
Chasi's Naturals is not responsible for tampered, lost, or incorrect address, stolen packages during shipping or upon arrival. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct address. If the address is incorrect and a void or resend occurs, they will be fully responsible for any shipping fees.
Return Policy:
We do not accepts returns or exchanges at the moment. All sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, Chasi's Naturals must be notified via email within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are not eligible for refunds. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
